WHO IS COACH "LOK" ?
  Ray Lokar is the Director of Basketball4ALL which provides a variety of lessons, camps, clinics, competitions, and events for the benefit of the Southern California basketball community. He is also the Southern California Lead Trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance. He has spoken for hundreds of organizations in over a dozen States on ethics in sports,  getting the most out of your players, and being a good Sports Parent.

  Coach Lokar was the Head Basketball Coach of the 2002 CIF Champions while at Bishop Amat High School and is a Past-President of the Southern California Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association. Ray has also led St Anthony High School to the semi-finals and Western Christian High School to the quarterfinals. He is now the Director of Basketball4ALL which provides a variety of lessons, camps, clinics, competitions, and events for the benefit of the Southern California basketball community. Coach "Lók" has taught basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, football, swimming and track in the San Gabriel Valley for over 30 years at the youth, high school, and college levels and has worked countless camps and clinics during that time for ages 8-18. He coached his children Shawn, Heather, and Brittany throughout their participation in youth and high school sports and they each went on to compete at the college level. Ray enjoyed it so much he is doing it all again  with his young son, Tyler.

Ray has been involved in the business development and marketing of the ACE Intelli-Gym(tm) for Applied Cognitive Engineering. The IntelliGym(tm) is a revolutionary training tool that enables basketball players to dramatically improve their game-intelligence skills using computer software. It is used by many of the top individual players and basketball programs in the country, including back-to-back NCAA Champions at the University of Florida and NCAA finalist, the Memphis Tigers.

Since 1986 Mr. Lokar has also operated Sports'n'Stuff which specializing in imprinted sportswear, uniforms,  and advertising specialties, with an emphasis on group sales and team outfitting.

SUMMARY
Extensive teaching and coaching experience in basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, football, swimming and track for over 30 years at the youth, high school, and college levels, worked countless camps and clinics during that time for ages 8-18, and presented hundreds of speaking engagements on a variety of topics in the world of sports. In the coaching profession we have a responsibility to share what we have learned and help the next generation of coaches become better equipped to provide the best experience possible for their players.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COORDINATOR/LEAD TRAINER-Provide training nationwide to coaches, parents, and leaders of schools and youth sports organizations on how to use the youth sports experience to teach young athletes positive character traits and "life lessons." Responsible for researching, developing, qualifying and closing partnership sales in Southern California, as well as distributing grants to underserved communities.. Key in this process is demonstrating the value of PCA Partnerships and services to prospective partners (youth sport organizations and schools), resulting in an increased PCA Partnerhip base.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-Responsible for the devlopment of Applied Cognitive Engineering as a business entity in the Western Region of the United States and the direct marketing of all versions of the ACE IntelliGym(tm) to basketball players and coaches in the region.
